Fellow Bloggers - Watch Out for Spam/Malware Entry Points

I was looking at my blog's stats today after posting a couple of entries and I saw A LOT of pageviews from an entry point where I don't advertise. It was something called vampirestat and I had a feeling it was spam and an attempt to get me to go to a page that would infect me with some sort of malware.
