Trials and Tribulations of My Ruby on Rails Installation: Part 3

If you read my last two posts, you saw that I was running into an issue installing the mysql2 gem. Part of the message said "Please update your path to include build tools." I was not quite sure what this meant, but I did a web search of this exact phrase and I found something on Stack Overflow. The solution provided there worked perfectly!

I am still not completely finished following all the instructions in the YouTube video series on installing Ruby on Rails on Windows, but I thought I would share this quick update of good news!
